Step 3. Pay online using any major credit card or bank account using PayPal*.
Step 4. Get a email with a copy of our field sheet when service is complete.
Step 5. Receive the notarized affidavit of Service via email and USPS.

Important Notes When Requesting Service
- Documents: Specifically list all documents to be served including blank forms (e.g. domestic relations) when required.
- Name Of Party To Be Served: The name of the party that you provide should be exactly the same as it is on the document(s) to be served. Please state the capacity: individual, partnership, corporation, fictitious, etc. If service is upon a corporation or partnership, please indicate name of partner or officer and title.
- Rush: When rush service is needed, please call our office to ensure immediate performance for the requested assignment.
- Special Instructions: Any information that will assist us in expediting your assignment should be included. Best time and place to serve, aka’s, etc. should be considered.

Billing / payments
All new clients are PRE-PAY. After you submit your request using our online portal, you can pay instantly online using any major credit card or bank account utilizing our third-party payment system PayPal. For PRE-PAY account, After we receive payment, we will begin processing your request. If you wish to pay by check we recommend using an expediated delivery method. If you have difficulty receiving email you can mail a check.

Process Services – Timeline
For standard service, the typical time to serve papers is 1-5 days (excluding Sunday!).
We will serve your documents as quickly as possible in any situation, However, some serves are given higher priority then others. Turn-around-time can vary for standard serves. However, we offer rates for the following speeds of service:
Same-Day Service
(attempted same-day if received by 3:00PM) For businesses; we will do out best however travel times, business hours and other factors may affect service time.
Rush Service
(first attempt within 1-3 days)
Routine Service
(first attempt with 1-5 days)
(We DO NOT serve on Sunday!)
Serve Attempts
All serves include up to 3 attempts. However, some factors may affect service. We will make every legal attempt possible to effectuate service to the person requested. We may engage in limited private investigation services to effectuate service, however this is up to the individual server processing your request.
