Payment(s)
Payment is due upon completion of service to the individual requested. We will provide a completed field sheet to you. We will send an online invoice to the email used at registration. You may pay the full amount online, utilizing multiple payment options instantly (this payment service is provided at no cost). If you wish to pay by check, please see the invoice for directions. Please note that the completed Affidavit of Service will only be sent to you after payment is completed. If you wish to pay by check, we recommend using an expedited delivery method.
